Getting Back into the Groove

We recently returned home from our yearly vacation to McCall, ID. This year, we were missing Eric and Jinaya and family, but everyone else was there and Riv had a ball meeting all of her cousins again.

We found out that Riv has a cousin her same age in Florida named Jessie and they became great pals. Rivers learned to swim on our trip (despite my pleading that Scott just allow her to play in her lifejacket...I didn't think she was old enough, and Scott proved me wrong!) and Fox learned how to pedal his bigwheel.

We spent nine days there and it was awesome, but we were ready to come home and back to the house projects. We are still trying to figure out how to move closer to water or the mountains. We'll see what the future holds for us.
